Power Tools
is a Bid Solicitation software program which provides
a centralized database to easily input project bids, maintain vendors,
create and fax or email Invitations to Bid, and log bid response
activity. It can be utilized by a single user, or installed on a
network for multiple users who can share the same bid data.
The Power Tools provides
easy to build Invitations to Bid with the ability to specify vendors
by scope of work/location, and auto faxs/emails to all vendors selected.
It also includes the ability to send Addendums, Transmittals, or
any other document that needs to be sent to your Subs/Vendors.

Requirements:
Full Power Tools
version:
Microsoft Access XP/2003 and Microsoft Word XP/2003 (not included)
for each copy of the Power Tools purchased including the Server
PC. Operating System of Windows 2000 or higher for each User/client
PC. Windows XP or higher for the Server side software.
Runtime Power Tools version (no MS Access required):
Microsoft Word XP/2003 (not included) for each copy of the Power
Tools purchased including the Server PC if you wish to use custom
invites (Word templates). Operating System of Windows 2000 or higher
for each User/client PC. Windows XP or higher for the Server side
software.
The Power Tools uses
the Microsoft Fax program that is included in Windows XP or later
versions. It will also work with WinFax (not included or supported
by UCS). For emailing capability, you must have Microsoft Outlook

Maintenance
and Support Costs:
Free maintenance
& technical support for the first 90 days, $30 a month per site
(not per user) thereafter. For those sites that utilize connections
to other Fax Server platforms such as RightFax, ZetaFax, etc., the
fee is $50 a month. Support calls after the 90 days are $50 per
email/event (free if it is an error with our software).
Declination
of Maintenance & Support:
Support call charge
of $125 per call/email event regardless of reason. If the latest
release of our software is needed, you must purchase the new version.
