When I started at Eden Enterprises, no one in our office knew how to use UCS The Power tools. I called UCS support and over the phone, they helped me get it all set up. They talked me through several examples and helped me customize PT Bid Solicitation to my needs. I am basically computer illiterate, and I found this program to be user friendly. I can track responses in this program, and print out any information that I need to share with other employees. I continue to call support occasionally and they are always available to help me. I use PT Bid Solicitation on a daily basis and wouldn't recommend any other program.
