Pre-configured data files are available with a recommended chart of accounts, formatted financial reports, and other related data.  If you're not really fond of your current chart of accounts, the pre-configured files will allow you to implement the system quickly.  Most customers use the data files and simply make a few changes to fit their specific needs.

	Inquiry Functions - Display account balances and monthly change in the accounts plus detail transactions.
	Quickscan Detail Transactions - Based on your selections of the data to include in a print or display you have access to all the detail on the system.
	Division/Department Reporting and Subledger.
	Optional Job Cost Accounts By Cost Type (Material, Labor, Sub, Equipment, etc.) or Account for each Job (Simple completed Contract Basis Trial Balance).
	Checklist Processing - Makes the System simple to learn and operate. The checklist leads you through End of Month and End of Year processing step by step.
